Kale & Faye
Taryn, Jessa, Finn, Sary, Sky & Ari
4 years have passed since Finn was born, and since then the family has nearly doubled in size. 2 years ago Kale and Faye welcomed twin daughters into the family, Sary and Sky. Sky was born practically identical to Taryn and Jessa, again with their mother's chocolate colored hair and eyes and a dusting of freckles. Finn looks similar as well, with Kale's black hair and Faye's brown eyes, but Sary is definitely the odd one of the bunch. She inherited her father's piercing green eyes, along with golden ringlets atop her head - the family isn't exactly sure where the golden ringlets came from, but they agree that it sure is adorable. Somehow Sary was even worse than Taryn and Jess as babies, but Sky was a lovely baby. Before the twins were even 1, Faye gave birth to another baby, a boy, much to Finn's delight. With his brown hair and brown eyes, he fits in perfectly with the rest of the family.
About 6 months after Finn was born, the family finally made the decision to relocate. Kale found a good job in Albany, and they moved there. Because the cost of living is lower there than it is in New York, it has allowed Faye to quit her job and stay home with the children and upgrade to a larger house to fit their growing family. So far the family loves it there. They love the feel of the town - that it is much smaller than NYC, but that it still has all the same amenities as a huge city. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance, a lovely park for the children, and a nice public school. Taryn is about to begin 2nd grade and Jessa is about to start 1st (although the majority of the folks they meet swear they are twins). Taryn couldn't be more excited to go back to school, see all her friends, and make new ones, but Jessa is a little nervous to start "all-day" school. She is certainly excited to start learning big-kid material beyond numbers and letters (she can already read), but she is worried she will not be able to make friends because she is too shy. Finn is going into preschool and is looking forward to having more playmates besides all his sisters and the baby. Sary and Sky continue to grow - much faster than their mother likes - and love to play with each other and explore the world around them. Ari is a happy little 1-year-old. He was a little late to start talking and walking, but is now quite the chatterbox. Kale and Faye are extremely happy, and have decided that 6 is quite the perfect number of children.
