Clarence & Cecily thought they were finished having children when the twins were born, but five years later a little surprise named Sylvie joined their family. The whole family was thrilled, but the already-crowded living situation reached its breaking point, and the Morrisseys have now moved to a larger home. Arden has started high school and remains an excellent student and has taken up choir, theatre, and softball. Cormac is on the baseball team at his middle school and though he struggles more than his older sister, is maintaining decent grades. Mavis is still a bit of a wallflower, preferring to read rather than play sports or socialize much. The twins are full of boundless energy still and hardly ever seem to sit still. Little Sylvie has just started preschool, allowing Cecily to return to work part time, though she is starting to find her work in finance less fulfilling after this second pause in her career. Clarence is enjoying his fast-paced career in emergency medicine, and has recently taken a larger role in education at the medical school.
