One of Phoebe's younger sister's, Emma, needed a kidney transplant. Phoebe would have loved to help her sister out, but she was pregnant at the time. Instead, their brother Danny donated a kidney. It was a very nervous couple of days for the family, but in the end they both pulled through. Emma and Danny's bond is stronger than ever.
Shortly after the kidney transplantation, Phoebe gives birth to her and Jude's second child, another daughter. The baby was born two months early, but she was doing fine. Phoebe is a little shocked after everything that has happened, but everyone is okay. They choose Scarlett for her first name, and Anna to honor Jude's mom.
