Things between Mara and Ben have been rocky for the last year and a half. When they found out Mara was pregnant, they decided to give it a last shot before getting a divorce, for the sake of the children. Mara gave birth to a baby girl. However, they couldn't make it work and they decided that being apart was a lot healthier for the family.
