Do my parents have to be married?
Do I have to have two parents or could I have a single parent?
Do they have to be different genders?
(Two perfectly average, straight, married people adopting seems so blasé.)

It doesn't really matter for any of these. Just have fun with it. It's been a really long time since I was active on the games board, but when I was, adoption games were SUPER popular. I guess they aren't anymore, lol.

-Siblings, yes. Parents will depend on status of relationship between parent and child.

-Most likely (unless unforeseen alergy or such occurs).
(If it is an option) will you change the child's name?
If so, we would only add a name to what the child already has. We believe a child's given name is a big part of their identity and ties them to their birth family.
Details:
Between the two of us, we speak English, Arabic, and French. Children that speak one of these languages would be preferred.

Why are you looking to adopt? We have always considered adoption and feel that now is the right time to expand our family by including a child from a disadvantaged background. Grey, our children and I are all very excited at the prospect and welcoming a new child into our family.

Will you allow the child to keep their pets? Yes as long as is isn't too a big breed of dog.
(if it is an option) will you change the child's name? No.
Details: We are looking for a young girl to welcome into our family, a child that has maybe suffered neglect at the hand of her adults, unfortunately we don't feel that we can cope with a child who has severe behavioural or emotional problems but we will certainly take in a child looking for some TLC.
