Six years have passed.
Sage and Esmée were done. Really, they were. Six kids was enough, and they finally had a girl. They were done. They finally got all the kids out of diapers, they got them all into school, they were done.
And then they got pregnant again. Twice. In quick succession. Oops.
Two boys, barely a year apart. The first, they called Umbriel. The second, Ender. Because he would be.
