Please welcome Ian Lucas (3) and Louisa Rae (newborn)Ian comes from Australia and Louisa comes from the US. Ian was placed in foster care when he was a baby after his mother was incarcerated for prostitution. His mother died while in jail when he was two years old. Since then, we have been looking for a permanent placement for Ian. Ian has been in two different foster homes since entering the system, so it will be a relief for him to finally have a real home. He is a quiet toddler with curly brown hair and brown eyes.Louisa was born very recently to a 15 year old high school student who was unable to keep her. She is in good health and was born at 7.2 lbs. Please let us know how Ian and Louisa are doing!
