The Bauer family has welcomed a few new additions in the past 3 years. Brian and Bella welcomed their surprise baby girl, Juliet Elizabeth, a year ago. Jake and Athena love having a baby sister, they've turned into little Mommy's helpers. Jake has started first grade, which he's finding a bit harder than kindergarten, but he likes it. Athena is in preschool, and can't wait to go in every day. Mia eloped with her boyfriend of two years, Drew, and they are now expecting a boy, and plan to call him Pippin Jacob Ryan "PJ", Pippin because they're both Lord of the Rings fans, Jacob for Mia's dad, and Ryan for Drew, his middle name. Louisa and her best friend Alex are renting an apartment together, to cut down on costs. Both have now finished college, Louisa has started her first year of teaching, Alex has started medical school. Aidan has been dating Kat for a year and a half, but neither are sure if they're ready to settle down yet. Shea is now a sophomore at college, and she's adjusted well to being away from home, but still misses her family. Hamish is now a senior in high school. He plays sports almost all the time, and when he isn't playing sports, he's studying. Both Tabitha and Sam are enjoying high school, Tabitha as a junior and Sam as a sophomore. Both do colorguard, Sam plays soccer, and Tabitha is on the track team in the spring.
