Darius was born at 10.23pm on the 24th of January. He weighed 8lbs 3oz. He looks just like his dad with dark blonde hair and blue green eyes.
He's a good baby, only fussing when he really wants something, the rest of the time he's very placid. Being such an easy-going baby, he's already on a regular feeding schedule which is great because we only have one feed during the night.
Garrett and I did argue through the later stages of my pregnancy about breast feeding though. He is big believer in it, whereas I'm keen to get Darius on a bottle for his night feeds so Garrett and I can take turns. We've reached a compromise where I'm breast feeding until Darius is 6 months old, at which time we will put him on a bottle for night feeds.
