Meredith & Derek finally had their first biological child together, a baby girl whom they named Krista Grace. Krista is named after Meredith's best friend Cristina Yang. Krista's arrive has greatly improved Derek & Meredith's relationship, but has slightly confused their work lives. However, they would not change it for the world.
