Jeremy Wolfe met Anya Streff when they both tried to save somebody. Jeremy was stricken by her--well... certainly not her beauty!
When Anya had time to explain to Jeremy about her "super hero look," she explained that she dreamt she was swimming one night and that she became some sort of dragon-alligator-thing. The next day, when she woke up, she was! She now can control water.
