Not that long after Liora began her internship, she was working in the Obstetrics department. One morning, an ambulance radioed that they were bringing in a young pregnant woman. The woman, in the last month of her pregnancy, was in labor. No one came to the hospital with her, and she was able to tell the doctors that she had no immediate family to call. Suddenly, her pain got worse and she was rushed to the delivery room. Liora and the rest of the doctors were able to get the baby delivered safely. However, the woman soon passed away from too much bleeding.
Left with a newborn baby boy, Liora's duty was to try to find the father or any of his family. By the end of the day, she had discovered that the father, an only child with no immediate family just like the mother, had been a police officer killed in the line of duty a few months prior to the birth. The child would become a ward of the state, unless Liora could do something about it.
Her next call was to Declan, who immediately jumped on the idea of fostering with the intent to adopt. As the O'Connells had recently become certified foster parents, it was easier for Children's Services to agree to give them emergency custody of the baby boy. Somehow, they were also given almost immediate word that they could adopt the boy after a mandatory fostering period. This was almost certainly Liora's adoptive grandfather Sergey's doing, as he had a good amount of influence in the country from his longtime position as an ambassador.
The resident on the boy's case gave Liora the duty of working through all the normal tests a newborn would have before leaving the hospital. This was how she discovered that he appeared to have some level of hearing issues - though they wouldn't be able to confirm for sure until he was older. That night, Declan picked Liora up after her shift and they took the boy back to their home. To Liora's surprise, one of the bedrooms was already decorated and outfitted as a nursery. Declan revealed that he had taken the rest of the work day off as soon as he had received the news, called his parents, and they immediately had gone shopping. Liora gently placed the baby in his new crib before immediately turning and giving Declan a huge hug. It was things like that that made her realize why she had fallen in love with him.
The last thing Declan and Liora did before going to bed that night was decide on a name for the boy - Gideon Rory, after both of their fathers.

The sex and name of the child is your choice, but either their first or middle name must start with the letter N or Y.
Also, either use a picture or give us a short description of this child’s appearance.

Question...
Will there ever be a time when, if we're choosing adoption, to get more than one kid at once (as long as all obey the naming rule(s))? Such as siblings or friends or a pregnant mother and baby?
