Those are nice, except the initials are NO, so we'd need to make it a middle name.

Noelle / Noella and Noemi sound nice.

We're allowed to reverse them, as per the rules, so I think Octavia Noelle or Octavia Noemi sounds better than Noelle Octavia or Noemi Octavia..
