Really I think it's just a matter of choosing our favorite M name and favorite X name though, the two X names are similar enough so that they have the same feel with any of names really.

My top three M names would be Miranda, Molly and Melina I guess. I think I prefer Xenia as the MN to all of them (except maybe Melina?).

Same top three, Melina being my favorite :) And I agree, I think Melina Xylia is slightly better than Melina Xenia.
