I would switch two of your combos - Theodore Edward "Theo" and Caspian Theo / Caspian Theodore. Like any of them?

Lucas Nathaniel
Oliver Tatum
Nicholas Tatum
Theodore Edward "Theo"
Caspian Theodore

My top two out of these would be Lucas Nathaniel and Caspian Theodore.

Mine would be Oliver Tatum (I really have a crush on Tatum) and Caspian Theodore.
