I love Sam, Roan/Rowan, Noah and Finn for a boy and Lexie, Robin, Elisabeth and Tessa for a girl.

From your list, I like Finn best out of your boys and Elisabeth from the girls. I prefer Finn as a nickname, however. Full names that would work for me are Finnian and Fionnan / Finnan. Elisabeth is on my personal list as well, so I see no problem there!
As for the other names on your list, I like Sam but not any of it's longer forms (Samuel etc) and I don't really like using nicknames as full names. Rowan is nice but I dislike Roan. I'm not crazy for Noah but I don't find it particularly objectionable. Lexie is a nickname to me and I'm not too keen on any of its longer forms. Robin would make a nice middle name for a girl. Not a big Tessa fan.
