Re: Britt's Celebrity Congrats Round 2
UN: Catalina
LN: Lennox
SO: Oliver Sean (32)
SO: Marie-Ghislaine (27)
--DS: Raphael Andrew (3)
--DD: Marianne Isolde Official Transcript of Interview: Oliver Lennox and Ghislaine Ivoire
Interviewer: So, another baby! Now, Ghislaine, how did you find out?
Ghislaine: I'd had a feeling for a while, actually, before I started getting the really bad morning sickness like I had with Raphael. So I went to the doctor's that weekend, and it all sort of went from there. [Smiles widely]
Interviewer: Oliver, when do you learn this?
Oliver: Just one day at the park, we were taking a walk on Sunday afternoon and Raphael was running up and down the grass, and she just blurted it out. [Laughs] I was a little shocked at first, but nothing nearly as bad as with our first.
Ghislaine: [Laughs] He nearly fell off his chair the first time.
Interviewer: And have you found out the gender yet?"
Oliver: We weren't going to, at first, but Raphael got pretty insistent. He's at that questioning age, so it was "am I getting a baby brother or sister?" twenty-four-seven. So we caved.
Interviewer: Will you tell us?
Ghislaine: [Looks at Oliver] Let's get Raphael in here to announce it. [A door opens and Raphael Andrew Lennox comes running in. He sits on Oliver's lap.]
Oliver: Hey buddy.
Raphael: Hi.
Ghislaine: Can you tell us if Mummy has a little brother or sister in her stomach, mon petit? [Raphael shakes his head and buries it in Oliver's shirt.] Please, for maman? A girl or a boy?
Raphael: A girl! [Smiles shyly and buries his head back in Oliver's shirt.]
Ghislaine: He can be a little shy. But yes, it is a girl.
Interviewer: Any names picked out?
Ghislaine: We're thinking Isolde, probably for a middle name.
Interviewer: Oh, that's pretty. Any reason behind it?
Ghislaine: Um, well, Oliver studied mythology in university...
Oliver: ...And the person always really intrigued me. Definitely a possibility.
Ghislaine: His mum's pushing for a really classic Scottish name, like Lilias, which I'm not against, but I think we'll wait until the baby's born to make the final decision. Another contender is Marianne... I was lucky enough to play Marianne Dashwood in the Jane Austen film earlier this year, as you probably know, and I loved the character. She was passionate, and strong, and at the end of the novel had really learned a lot about life and herself.
Oliver: And there's the Marianne from France, too...
Ghislaine: Oh, yes, Marianne is sort of a national emblem in France, where I'm from, so that would bring a little of me into it.
Interviewer: Marianne's beautiful as well, and I hear congratulations are doubly in order for that role.
Ghislaine: Oh, thank you. The nomination is a huge honor; honestly, I probably wouldn't have been able to do it without my co-stars. I mean, Jane Austen created such wonderful characters and dialogue... it's incredible.
Interviewer: Will you still be pregnant at the time of the Oscar ceremony in February?
Ghislaine: Hopefully! It'll be close.
Oliver: Jack was a little premature, so we're hoping for the baby to stay in there as long as possible.
Interviewer: Well, thanks for your time and congratulations on both the big changes in your life.
Ghislaine: Thank you.
Oliver: Can you say bye, Raphael?
Raphael: Bye!
