A year after their marriage -- and a year of getting their country back on its feet again -- Valli and Nick welcomed their daughter, Crown Princess Estella Marina Madeleine, known affectionately as Stella. Nick wanted to honor his mother, Stella, by using the name as a middle name, but Valli decided to simply add a letter and make it their daughter's first name.
The kingdom seems quite pleased with the royal birth, and the press seems to love the baby princess. However, there are a few radicals always making threats against the royal family, so Valli has increased security detail.
