DW: Stephanie Nora St. John (26)
Hair: Straight Brown
Eyes: Hazel
Job: ChefLocation: Sydney, AustraliaYear 1- Pet (Kelsi)
Stephanie and I have been married for 3 months now. :) Our wedding was beautiful, with all of our friends and family there. We had an evening ceremony at a gorgeous garden an hour outside of Sydney. There were string lights, lanterns, and candles everywhere and a small orchestra playing. We both wore handmade gowns that we had to preorder 18 months in advance! But they were beautiful and Stephanie looked gorgeous! It has been 3 months already, but our apartment is still packed with wedding gifts that we haven't found a place for yet! After our honeymoon in Bali, I gave Steph a wedding present from me. :) An adorable little Chinchilla that we named Ozzie. She has wanted a Chinchilla since she was little and was so surprised and excited when I showed him to her! We have both started back at work again, which was hard after spending two amazing weeks in Bali. I do love my job at the hospital though and missed my coworkers. I work on the pediatric floor, which can be hard at times but also very rewarding. Stephanie is a chef at her friend's French style cafe. She is an amazing cook and I think she would love for us to move to France someday! Year 2- Birth (Stephanie)
Kelsi and I just welcomed our beautiful new baby girl into our lives. After we were married last year we both knew we wanted to start a family. We both love children and hope to have a big family. We looked into several different options, but in the end decided to use my egg and a sperm donor and Kelsi would carry our baby. Her pregnancy was such a special time for us and all of our friends and family are so happy for us. They held three baby showers for us! We had everything we needed for our new baby after only the first couple of months! The pregnancy went really well, but flew by so fast. Kelsi and I decided to have a natural birth in our apartment with a few close friends and lots of candles and soft music. It was so relaxing and although the labor was pretty painful and exhausting, it was perfect. Our beautiful little girl was born early in the morning and has soft blond hair and blue eyes. We named her Ava Coralie Myles-St. John. She is so perfect and we are both completely in love with her! Our friend Paul took some newborn photos for us yesterday and they are so adorable! :)Year 3- Random (Kelsi)
Our sweet little Ava just turned a year old yesterday! Stephanie and I had a birthday party for her at the zoo because she loves animals. Several of our friends brought their children and the kids all had a great time. Steph made a beautiful cake for Ava that was light pink with little frosting roses all over it. Ava loves her cake and seeing the animals with all of her friends. It was nap time by the end of the party though so Ava got a little grumpy and cried when we had to leave (as you can see in the picture below). She's such a sweet girl though and we hardly ever have any behavior problems with her. She is definitely a Mumma's girl (Ava's name for Stephanie), although I am usually home with her more often because my job is more flexible than Steph's, so Ava is very close to her Mummy as well (her name for me). Stephanie and I have so much fun with our daughter and have been talking about having another soon. :)Year 4- Birth (Stephanie)
I just gave birth to our son! I had him this morning and he is perfect! We decided last year to have another baby so Ava would have a sibling. We did a sperm donor again, only this time it was Kelsi's egg and I carried our baby. My pregnancy was amazing and I loved every minute of it. We took Ava to several "big sister" classes to prepare her for her new brother and she was so excited to meet him. We decided to have another home birth since the experience with Ava was so wonderful. My labor went a lot faster than Kelsi's and our baby boy was born after only six hours. His name is Benton Rupert Myles-St. John and he has lots of black hair, big hazel eyes, and is so adorable! We are both so happy to have a girl and a boy now. :) And Ava loves her baby brother!Year 5- Move (Kelsi)
Ben is now a year old (he just started walking!) and Ava just turned 3 (she's getting so big!). Stephanie and I had been talking about it for a long time and finally decided it was time to buy a bigger place for us to live. We found a beautiful modern house about 45 minutes outside of Sydney and we love it! There is so much more room for the kids to run around and Steph loves her new kitchen! :) We're so happy that we have our own home now for the kids to grow up in!Ben:

Year 6- Pet (Stephanie)
Ava just had her fourth birthday and we got her a hamster. She has been begging for a pet of her own, so Kelsi and I decided to try out a little animal to teach her about taking care of a pet before we get her a cat or a dog. She was so excited when we gave him to her and she named him Billy. We put him on the bookshelf in her bedroom and she has been very good about taking care of him! She loves animals, so it wasn't a surprise! Little Ben is two years old now and so independent. He is such a boy too and loves to play in the dirt and get into trouble! But he is a sweetie and he and Ava get along great!Ava helping Mumma cook:

Year 7- Pet (Kelsi)
Ava (who just turned 5) has done so well with her pet hamster over the past year that Stephanie and I decided to let her have another pet, an all white rabbit that she named Rosie. She definitely takes after Steph with her love for animals, not that I don't like them, but they have a special love for them. Our little Benny just turned 3 and is starting preschool soon. Ava is already in school and loves it! She is such a little bookworm (which she gets from me!). :) Ben is a little more scatterbrained, so we worry how he will handle school, but the teachers are so nice and helpful that I'm sure he will do fine!Year 8- Birth (Stephanie)
Kelsi and I just had a baby girl! We decided last year that we wanted to have another child and she carried the baby with my egg. It was wonderful seeing Kelsi pregnant again! Ava, who just turned 6, was super excited when we told her she was going to have a baby sister and Ben, who just turned 4, was excited too (even if it wasn't a brother). Our new daughter has blond hair, blue eyes, and is so beautiful! We named her Silvia Brooke Myles-St. John.Year 9- Pet (Kelsi)
Our little Silvia is a year old now and so cute with her little curls! She is such a happy baby! Ben is 5 and doing great in school, despite our concerns. We decided to let him play footy this year and he loves it! Ava just turned 7 years old and is such a mature little girl! She is so smart and above everyone in her class. She still loves reading and animals. For her birthday Stephanie and I surprised her with a dog! We got her from a shelter and she is the sweetest dog! Ava was so excited about having a dog! She does so well with her too and takes care of her all by herself. The dog's name is Kyra and she sleeps with Ava every night. :)Ava and Kyra:

Year 10- Vacation (Stephanie)
Stephanie and I just got back from taking the kids on vacation. We spent several days on a cross country train ride on The Ghan, which stops at several of Australia's national parks and landmarks, like Uluru, Katherine's Gorge, and Coober Pedy. The kids (now 8, 6, and 2) loved riding on the train and we had a great time! The trip started in Darwin and ended in Adelaide, so we got to explore those two awesome cities as well! Kelsi and I hope to take the kids on more trips in the future!Year 11- Birth (Kelsi)
Stephanie and I just welcomed our new son into the world! We are so happy to have our fourth child together and also that we now have two girls and two boys! Ava (9), Ben (7), and Silvia (3) love their new baby brother and fight over who gets to hold him constantly! Stephanie carried this baby and he was born at home like his sisters and brother were. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and we named him Emery Zane Myles-St. John. :)Emery:
Year 12- Trip to the zoo (Stephanie)
Kelsi was able to take off work today (I work from home now running a catering service) and we took the kids to the zoo. It was so much fun to spend time together with our children and we had a great day! Ava just turned 10 and is spending more time away from home at friend's houses and after school activities. She also just started horse riding lessons, which she loves and is a natural at. Ben, who is 8 now, is still doing sports and we make sure the whole family goes to every one of his games. Silvia is 3 and will be starting school next year. She can't wait and is in a hurry to do all of the things he big sister and brother get to do! We make sure she gets to have some fun too and she has been taking dancing lessons, which she loves. Our sweet little Emery is a year old now. I can't believe he is so big! Kelsi and I love having such a big family and hope to have at least one more!Ava:

Year 13- Family Event (Kelsi)
Poor Ava (11) just had to get her tonsils out. :( She has been getting sore throats and ear infections for the last year and a half and the doctor finally said they needed to come out. She was a little nervous, but it went well and now she is at home resting and eating plenty of ice cream and popsicles! Mostly I think she is just upset that she has to miss some school and her riding lessons! Stephanie has been making sure her siblings (Ben-9, Silvia-4, Emery-2) leave her alone, which isn't easy! They've been listening, for the most part. :pYear 14- Birth (Stephanie)
Kelsi just gave birth to our new twin girls! We are so excited to have more additions to our beautiful family, although twins were a surprise. They are fraternal, so one has brown hair and one has dark blond hair, but they both have brown eyes. We named our new girls Phoebe Kaye Myles-St. John and Briony Vivian Myles-St. John. They are so beautiful and their big sisters and brothers (12,10,5,3) love them so much! And of course so do their Mums!Phoebe (left) and Briony (right):
Year 15- Family Event (Kelsi)
Today we are having a party for Ava because it is her 13th birthday! :) She is so excited! She has invited every girl friend she has and Steph and I are hosting a "beauty salon" party for her where all the girls get manicures, pedicures, and facials and then watch girly movies and eat yummy snacks that Stephanie made. It's going to be a blast! Ava decided to let Silvia (6) stay for the party, but Ben (11) is at his friend's, and Emery (4), Phoebe, and Briony (1) are staying at a babysitters for the night. Ava is so excited to turn 13, but Steph and I can't believe it's happening!Year 16- Vacation (Stephanie)
This year Kelsi and I planned a big family vacation to an awesome water park. The kids (14, 12, 7, 5, 2, and 2) were really excited and we even let Ava and Ben bring a friend each, which was a lot to handle since we already have 6 kids! It was so much fun though and we all had a blast, especially Phoebe and Briony who are our little fish and love water!Emery:

Year 17- Fire (Kelsi)
What a night! Stephanie and I woke up in the middle of the night to smoke coming from under the door and filling our bedroom! We quickly got the children out of the house (our bedroom is downstairs next to the kitchen and their rooms are upstairs, so the smoke hadn't reached them yet) and called the fire department. It turned out there was some bad wiring in a kitchen outlet and it caught fire. Thankfully only half of the kitchen had minor damage and is replaceable. We are just so happy no one was hurt! The kids (15, 13, 8, 6, 3, and 3) were pretty shaken up by the whole thing and we are all staying with some family until the wiring is redone and the kitchen repaired, but we are all safe and that's the important thing!Year 18- Broken Bone (Stephanie)
Another hectic year! Ben (14) broke his right leg during a footy game and can't walk without crutches for several months. He will also have to have physical therapy after his cast comes off. He is always coming home with scrapes and bruises, but this is the first broken bone he has ever had. He's taken it alright, although he's pretty disappointed he will have to watch his friends play and not join them. Ava just turned 16 and had a fun "sweet sixteen" party with her friends. We took them to a fancy hotel and let them get their own room. They had a lot of fun! Silvia is 9 now and is doing great in school. She is practicing right now to be in the school's spelling bee, which she is very excited about. Kelsi and I are so proud of her (and all of our other children of course). Emery is 7 and not nearly as wild and adventurous as his older brother, but he has started playing footy at school too. Most of the time he likes to read and draw though. I can't believe Phoebe and Briony are 4 years old already. They are so different too! Phoebe is very outgoing and loves being goofy for attention. Briony is more reserved and very nurturing, she loves animals and baby dolls and Kelsi and I think she will make a wonderful Mum some day! Year 19- Vacation (Kelsi)
This year for our anniversary Stephanie and I took a trip to France together. It was so beautiful and romantic! France's countryside is so gorgeous and Paris is amazing! Steph enjoyed all of the French food and I enjoyed relaxing and shopping. :) The kids (now 17, 15, 10, 8, 5, and 5) stayed with friends and family while we were gone for two whole weeks. We decided to stop in Venice as well, which was stunningly beautiful! It was such a peaceful trip and we had a wonderful anniversary!Year 20- Pet (Stephanie)
We've added to our family yet again. Only this time it's a cat! Silvia begged for months leading up to her 11th birthday to get a pet cat and Kelsi and I decided to give in. We've already got a full house, but why not add a cat into the mix right? So we surprised her on her birthday and she was super excited. She named him Paws and carries him around everywhere. Kelsi and I can't believe how grown our kids are! Silvia is already 11 and it seems like just yesterday that she was born. She is such a smart girl and wants to be a writer/dancer when she grows up. Our sweet first born Ava turned 18 this year and is leaving in a month to go to the Queensland University to study veterinary science. It is so far away and we will miss her like crazy, but we are so excited that she gets the opportunity. Benny is now 16 years old and was already offered a scholarship when he graduates to play footy for a university here in Sydney. We are so proud of him! He loves sports and is so determined. He also gets very good grades which we are really happy about! Emery is 9 years old and loves art, especially drawing. He is taking a couple art classes right now and loves it so much. Kelsi and I are very impressed by his artistic talent and love seeing the newest piece of art he's created every night. He is also very excited about attending an Art camp during school break! I know he'll have so much fun! Our youngest children, Phoebe and Briony, just turned 6 years old and are losing teeth! They are best friends and do everything together. Phoebe is such a crazy girl and Kelsi and I are pretty sure she will be an actress someday! She loves putting on shows, telling stories, and is usually the instigator in any mischief the two of them get into. Briony quieter than her sister, but just as goofy. She loves animals and we will probably have to get her a cat too since she has also been begging for one! She has also been begging for Kelsi and I to have another baby, but that isn't going to happen. Six is enough! :p They are both very smart girls too and are doing really well in school. They have lots of friends and each of them is learning to play an instrument. Phoebe is learning the piano and Briony is learning the violin. They love music and are having a lot of fun with their lessons! Kelsi and I are enjoying our crazy life as well and try to make time for ourselves as much as possible. But we most of all we love spending time with our six gorgeous children and just being parents together!Ava:
