Year One
Ian threw a large party for his birthday at one of the bigger halls in town. Everyone 'important' came and Ian had a blast but I couldn't wait for it to be over.
Year Two
My Grandmother hosted a family reunion back in Canada, which we made sure to make it to, and we had a great time seeing everyone again. I reconnected with my cousins and some of my grade school friends and can't wait until I get to see them again.
Year Three

I gave birth to our first children, identical triplet girls, and they are certainly a handful! It's all I can do to take care of them, especially since Ian has been focusing more on his politics of late.
Year Four
We hosted our family's Easter celebration this year, it was a big affair and very expensive but worth it to see everyone and show off the girls.
Year Five
Name - Henri Alain (28)

We adopted a boy from France this year. He's a good, strong boy with a few behavioural problems but we're confident that with some therapy for loosing his parents he will get better. Henri's great with the girls and loves to take care of the horses on our farm.
Year Six
Ian's secretary had a baby and, since her and Ian are rather close, we went to her son's christening. He cried the whole time, never seeming to take a breath, but I suppose that means he's strong.
Year Seven
We traveled to the United States to visit my ailing Grandfather. Unfortunately, he passed away while we were there and Ian kept holding me and saying that it was going to be alright, even though I wasn't very upset. I will miss him, but I hadn't seen the man since I was twelve.
Year Eight
We hosted another Easter celebration. There were more people this year, my older two cousins seem to be spitting out babies left and right and my brother's wife is heavily pregnant, but everyone seemed to have had fun, which is good.
Year Nine

I gave birth to twins this year. Jon and Pippa are sweet children and much easier to manage than their sisters were, but that might be because I have more help now.
Year Ten
Name - Victoria Carola (10)

I gave birth again this year. Victoria is very loud and demanding but she's the most adorable baby I've ever seen, and she is fascinated by all the animals we have.
Year Eleven
Our closest neighbour asked us to be the godparents of their newborn girl, she's a precious little thing and Victoria has taken a liking to her.
Year Twelve
My parents hosted the family reunion this time, and more than fifty people came, which they clearly did not have room for. Most of us ended up staying in hotels or just coming down for the day, if they lived nearby, but the kids certainly had fun.

We adopted another set of twins, this time from England. One of my sister's friends died and they couldn't take care of them so she asked if we could. They got along well enough with our children and we had the space so Ian and I agreed. We have now formally adopted them.
Year Fourteen

We adopted another boy from England. His Father died in a car accident and he was placed with us, since we had forms in. He doesn't seem to enjoy spending time with the animals but likes trying to tag along with Jon.
Year Fifteen
Name - Robert Sunan (8)

Eyes - Brown
We adopted another boy, this time from Thailand. He wanted an English first name, like all of his siblings except Henri, and to keep his given name as a middle. He's a sweet kid who loves to draw and he doesn't always get along with Lucas.
Year Sixteen
The whole family traveled to Germany this year for some special political thing for Ian. I would've much rather stayed home to look after the farm but he said that he needed the family there for pictures so we went.

We had a surprise pregnancy which resulted in yet another set of multiples. Kate and Josie look almost nothing alike, Kate takes after her Dad and Josie seems to have gotten every recessive gene known to man, but they can't bear to be parted from one another for more that five minutes, they don't even like to be fed separately.

We adopted an older boy from France again. He's outgoing and gets along with everybody. He has also taken quite a liking to Ian and often asks to go into work with him.

Simon told us about his younger brother, Quintin, who family services apparently 'forgot' to tell us about. He has a lot of behavioural issues but we are slowly working through them.
Year Twenty

We've adopted a pair of twins from Australia. They get along well with everyone but me it seems, Isla is warming up to me as time passes though Xanthe avoids me at any and all costs. I've heard Quinn talking to her about it and, from what I can figure, Isla and Xanthe's mother was basically a psychopath.
