At the end of Katie Ficher's trial, Ellie and Coop are happy to finally move on together. Ellie found out she was pregnant during the trial and almost had a miscarriage, but they're fortunate they didn't lose the baby. Coop also proposed and now he and Ellie are engaged and expecting.
