Nyx' Single Round NTNB
In this NTNB, you get to name every child for each family all in this one round. There are no winners picked and there is no second round. Enjoy :)

The Jeanes FamilyDH: Bernard "Bud" Ingram Jeanes
DW: Tansy Annabelle (née Blue) JeanesDS: _____ "Ben" _____ Jeanes
DD: _____ "Polly" _____ Jeanes
DS: _____ "Eli" _____ Jeanes
DD: _____ "Betsy" _____ Jeanes
DS: _____ "Ned" _____ JeanesBud has never loved his nickname. His father was Bernard, and he was Bud to differentiate the two. Bud came with baggage however... and teasing throughout school. Bud also stuck with him, even after he moved out of the house. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what he would have chosen either. Tansy, however, loved her name. She loved being different and a one-of-a-kind throughout school. The two of them decided to give all of their children uncommon FNs with very common nicknames, and the nicknames are not for the most common form of the name (ie, Ben is not Benjamin and Betsy is not Elizabeth). The DS's MNs are all related to the color BLUE or to JEANS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeans). The DD's MNs are all a combination of two names smooshed into one (ie, Annabelle), but are not seen as commonly smooshed together (ideas can be found here: http://nameberry.com/blog/the-art-of-the-smoosh-the-next-generation-of-compound-names).
The Wolff FamilyDH: Knight "Nigel" Wolff
DW: Cheshire "Alice" Alice (née Katz) WolffDD: _____ _____ _____ Wolff
DD: _____ _____ _____ Wolff
DD: _____ _____ _____ Wolff
DS: _____ _____ _____ WolffNeither Nigel nor Alice were appreciative of their parent's humor with their names. Alice insisted on going by her middle name shortly after starting kindergarten and refused to answer to Cheshire after that point. Nigel liked his name, but hated it at the same time. It was cool, and unique, and also a burden. His application for college got tossed the first time because the school thought it was a joke! He started going by Nigel in college, and just kept on using the nickname afterwards. It saved a LOT of headache. All of the children's FN's can be found on the following page: http://www.behindthename.com/top/lists/100ud2000.php, and all three have a positive increase in popularity (ie a (+) listed). Nigel insisted on giving each child two MNs to make up for his lack of a MN. MN#1 should be a timeless classic that has been under the 200 mark for popularity in the US for at least the past decade. MN#2 should be a unique word name or character from a book, because, in the end, both Alice and Nigel feel that having the names they do have had an impact on their lives and made them who they are today.

The Cunningham FamilyDH: Peter Alan Cunningham
DW: Cecily Beatrix (née Potts) CunninghamDS/DS: _____ "_____" _____ Cunningham / _____ "_____" _____ Cunningham
DD: "P*"____ _____ CunninghamPeter grew up smack dab in the middle of a large family. He was commonly called Peter Alan while growing up, but dropped the use of his MN sometime in high school. His name was common in the rural town where he grew up. In fact, the reason he was referred to as Peter Alan was because there were three other Peters in the same grade as him and another half dozen scattered in the grades around him.Cecily grew up the eldest child (by a decade!) of three sisters. Her family lived in a big city and took advantage of all that a city has to offer. Going to the theater, visiting museums, and taking advantage of numerous classes that were available. Cecily took dancing for many years, singing a few years, and even had some piano lessons. While in high school life changed for Cecily. Her father died in a car accident. Afterwards, her family moved to the rural town where Peter lived. Her mother needed to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just have time to breath and mourn.Cecily was unlike anybody Peter had ever seen, met, or even imagined. She was breathtakingly gorgeous, graceful, and so very smart. He fell in love before she was there a full day! He was courteous to Cecily, and sensed her need to be left alone to mourn her father. He helped Cecily's mother out with repairs to the house she had bought. And soon, he asked Cecily out to dinner and a movie. The two of them never made it to the movie, and spent the whole night talking. After that, they were inseparable. After high school Peter and Cecily went back to the big city to go to college. When it became obvious to Peter that Cecily LOVED being there, they never left. They still go back to the rural town to visit friends and family, but their lives are in the big city.Their DS's FNs come from the following list: http://nameberry.com/blog/novel-nicknames-a-whole-new-approach (please use a FN with the UPPERCASE nickname). Their DD's FN starts with a "P" and is a cutesy name. All of their MNs come from the following list: http://nameberry.com/blog/de-hipsterize-that-baby-name (please use one of the names that are in UPPERCASE letters).
