I'm a stay at home mother to 3 children and Patrick is a General Surgeron Attending. I love to spend time with my children, my parents, go on walks, read, cook, surf the internet [when I have time], and do other leisure activities. Patrick is always busy with work, but when he's home, he loves to spend time with us and cook. Our children are Hope Amelia, Julia Camille, & Audrey Louise. Hope is 7, Julia is 4, and Audrey is 2. All of them pretty much love doing the same things; they love to color, dance, run, get dirty, play outside, swim, play in the snow, go to the beach, and just give me an overall headache. I wouldn't change it for the world. Our religion is Protestant and we all speak Dutch.
Patrick and I would like to adopt 3 children from the ages of 10 to newborn. The gender, origin, language, & religion does not matter to us. Since Patrick is so busy with being a doctor, we'd prefer not to have children with disabilities, multiples are fine, siblings are fine as well. A pregnant teen and teen parents are too much for us to handle, so we need to pass on those. We can't accept children with pets, due to the girls allergies to them.

Patrick and Meredith please welcome your new children
Basil James is 10 years old. He is a typical 10 year old boy and loves playing outside, riding his bike or kicking a ball around. He is a chatty lad and overall very happy. He does suffer from nightmares alot though which leave him upset and very tired. Basil has a desire to learn to swim but has never had anybody to teach him. He would benefit from trying new activities.
Kirsten Hannah is 7 years old. She describes herself as a geek as she loves to learn new things and is very driven to meet her monthly educational goals that she sets herself. She has a range of skills such as calligraphy, astronomy and speaking almost fluent Japanese. Kirsten was very close to her dad who died in his job (firefighter) and has not yet shown her true feelings relating to his death.
Elwyn Rhiannon is 6 months old. She is a happy baby who was placed up for adoption at birth has her mother was only 14. Elwyn has blonde hair and pale skin

Flora Bethany is 14 years old. She is a reserved character and doesn't give much away. She likes to be outside and especially loves woodland areas where she can take photographs with her camera. Flora reads alot and writes even more. She's an average student at school but excels in English, Art and Music. Flora plays the piana, flute and harp as her mother was a musician.
Lara Isobel is a 14 year old from england. She has a love of skateboarding and also follows skateboarding fashion trends. She is a nice girl, but can often get herself into trouble. She has previously been caught shoplifting and smoking weed. Despite this she is a caring child who looks out for younger children. Luna and Malcolm please welcome your new Sons
Maximillian Arthur is your average 15 year old teenager. He can be moody at times, but is friendly enough, but does like plenty of space. Maximillian is sports mad and spends the majority of his time watching sport on tv or is out playing it. His favourites are basketball, rugby and rock climbing. Maximillian has little sense of danger, so may need some supervision and strict boundaries at times to keep him safe. He also enjoys heavy metal music and plays electric guitar.
Aspen Rufus is 12 and is a glee fanatic. Aspen loves to sing, dance and act and has been badly teased for this in the past. He's reluctant to try sports as he feels he isn't any good at the mainstream ones, but does have a desire to try fencing but is too nervous. Aspen is also a member of his schools chess club.
Gordon Dominic is 7 he loves nature and being outdoors. Gordon loves animals and can often be find in the garden studying insects or bird watching with his beloved binoculars. Gordon also carries a camera around with him as he loves to take pictures of nature. Gordon is a smart child and knows alot about his interests. He loves to talk about them but has difficulty finding people who want to listen. He is educationally advanced for his age and struggles to relate to his peers.

Maximillian is sports mad and spends the majority of his time watching sport on tv or is out playing it. His favourites are basketball, rugby and rock climbing. Maximillian has little sense of danger, so may need some supervision and strict boundaries at times to keep him safe. He also enjoys heavy metal music and plays electric guitar.
Aspen Rufus is 12 and is a glee fanatic. Aspen loves to sing, dance and act and has been badly teased for this in the past. He's reluctant to try sports as he feels he isn't any good at the mainstream ones, but does have a desire to try fencing but is too nervous. Aspen is also a member of his schools chess club.
Gordon Dominic is 7 he loves nature and being outdoors. Gordon loves animals and can often be find in the garden studying insects or bird watching with his beloved binoculars. Gordon also carries a camera around with him as he loves to take pictures of nature. Gordon is a smart child and knows alot about his interests. He loves to talk about them but has difficulty finding people who want to listen. He is educationally advanced for his age and struggles to relate to his peers.

Mathilde and Noemie are 15 year old twins from Alaska. They are very close but complete opposites of each other. Mathilde is fiercely independant and quite bossy. Alejandro Marcus, Nora Lucia and Lorena Beatriz are 12 year old triplets from Spain. They are very close and spend all their time together which has lead to them having very similar personalities. Coming into care due to parental Mental Illness at the age of 7, the triplets have had a few foster carers before finding an adoptive family. Due to this the triplets often have trouble forming relationships with others as they are scared of losing them so have learnt to just rely on each other. Alejandro often parents his two sisters and finds it difficult to be parented himself. He is fiercely independent and can get quite angry if others try to help him and his sisters. The triplets adore cooking, especially tapas, and have a strong sense of their heritage. They speak little english, but are all intelligent children who need a loving and supportive home.

We have been working hard with Alejandro, Nora, and Lorena. They have picked up a lot of English since their arrival, and we will probably enroll them soon in school. They all learn very fast! Alejandro was a bit rebellious when he first came, but he bonded with Theo quickly and warmed to me and Oliver not long after. Nora and Lorena also adore Theo, and they have taught me several recipes from Spain. I've been looking up a lot of Spanish history recently so I can have a feel for their heritage.

Bianca Lauren (15) has a love of running. She is very into keeping fit and loves to do so outdoors, especially in the countryside. She says it gives her the space to think. She is a quiet girl and mainly keeps her thoughts to her thoughts. She is a bit of a loner and finds it difficult to make friends, mainly due to her shyness. Bianca plays guitar and also enjoys song writing, but she never shares her music with anybody. Although Bianca is only 15, she has had a few boyfriends and girlfriends, but they are always short lived due to her quietness. She has trouble connecting to others.
Logan Cole is 10 years old and a complete chatterbox. Logan loves to talk, act and sing. he loves theatre and his life long dream is to star in a west end show. Logan loves to constantly put on shows for his friends. He is also the class clown, loving to be centre of attention and loving to entertain others. He is literally never quiet, which can be a little tiring for others at first, but he is so friendly that everybody wants to be his friend. Logan's best friend is his pet Parrot, Rainbow, who he hopes he can bring with him to his new family.

Logan's best friend is his pet Parrot, Rainbow, who he hopes he can bring with him to his new family.
Riley Jade is 7 years old and a complete tomboy. She loves sports, especially football (soccer) and Tennis. Riley Jade is an only child and has always wanted older siblings as she is constantly looking for a role model. She struggles at school as she simply is not interested in learning and would much rather be outside doing something 'fun'. She relates better to boys and has difficulties making friends with girls as they all think she's 'weird'. Riley has an obsessive interest in the paranormal and would love to be a 'ghoster-buster' when she grows up, though not if it involves going to college.

It has been two years since you gifted us with four more children. Bianca has come out of her shell a bit, at least around family, and is excited about college in Vancouver come September. Bianca and Tatiana try to go on walks together at least once a day and Bianca has even convinced Tatiana to jog with her around 6:30 in the morning once a week. The pair show each other their writing [Bianca with her songs and Tatiana with her stories] and are extremely close.
When Bianca isn't walking with Tatiana or doing homework she often curls up in the den with a good book, Ben on the couch across from her.
Logan and Ben hang around together at school, Logan doing all the talking and Ben interjecting when he feels like it. They are close, being the only two boys in a house full of girls will do that, and always stick up for each other.

She was a bit jealous of Clara at first, since she was used to being the youngest, but is gentle with her baby sister and loves her.

Aimi is a beautiful and artistic 14 year old from Japan. She also speaks fluent English. Aimi has a love of art and loves to draw and paint. She follows goth culture and loves heavy metal music and dresses in black and dark purples. She loves being creative with her make up and takes great pride in her appearence. She is a straight A student and particularly excels in Maths and Chemistry as well as art obviously. She is used to being an only child and likes to have her own space so it may take a while for Aimi to fully adapt to family life.
Catriona Bree is an Irish 6 year old with a happy go lucky personality. Her passion in life is dancing and she loves all kinds but especially irish as this is her hertitage. Catriona also loves to play dress up and has a desire to try figure skating, but her mother could never afford to take her. She watches a little too much tv and would blossom if given more activities to do. Coming from a very poor family Catriona is a scruffy child and desperately needs a good haircut. Thank you so much! Our family is now complete with our 4 boys and 4 girls. The family is doing well. Obviously with this many children having thier own rooms is very uncommon even in our large house. However we do have a large furnished basement and when the children all moved in we converted part of it into a bedroom. Aimi still had to share a room with Jenny but there was quite a lot of space down there for just the 2 of them. It tooks some getting used to but Aimi has gotten so used to having Jenny around that she doesn't know what she is going to do when Jenny goes to college in the fall. However, she will be home on breaks and some weekends. We let the girls decorate the basement room and Aimi loved it. Catriona has inspired me to start an Irish dance class where she is my little helper. She loves it. I also have started her in figure skating and she is quite good. We also got her a haircut and took her shopping for new clothes when she arrived. She had a lot of fun. The food stealing has ended as there is no need to do so. Though occasionally if a sibling has something she really wants she is tempted. Unfortunately she is dyslexic but has been seeing the educational psychologist and is determined to read anyway. She is improving. Declan is also seeing the psychologist and a speech therapist. He is improving greatly and has started kindergarten. The tantrums were hard to deal with at first but Ben was very clingy at that age too so we had been through it before. It is subsiding gradually. Adam and Ben have taught him all about sports and he plays in the yard with them a lot more. He is also in swimming lessons. Alistair, whom we call Al, is constantly into things.

She had a french grandmother and is fully fluent when she choses to speak, but knows very little english. Although she doesn't talk to many people she is a smiley child with alot of love to give.
