Ella has a crush on a boy named Blake Oliver. He is a couple months older than her and tall for a 12-year-old. He has dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. The two are fairly close friends, and Blake even comes over to hang out with Ella every once in a while.
Lillian has just started second grade, and she is loving it. She's very outgoing and has a lot of friends. Samantha is much shier than her older sister, but she is adjusting to kindergarten well.
The twins have just gotten over their "terrible twos" phase, thank goodness! Even Marcus, who is generally much quieter than Benji, was a handful of his own. Luckily, the two have calmed down quite a bit.
