Sanne, who has grown into a serious, intelligent, beautiful young woman, recently graduated college with her degree in political science. While there she met a boy by the name of Alexander Sorenson. He is from a common but wealthy and influential family that might as well be noble, old money gained by trade dating back over a hundred years. He is not extremely handsome, but he is sweet and bright and charismatic, so everyone approves. Sanne's sisters and brothers and parents all adore him, and the country approves of their crown princess taking a commoner of good Danish family over a foreign prince or a less-worthy aristocrat. Most of them know of his family and respect them greatly.
