Year One
Stephen and I went to Rome this year to celebrate me becoming a full-fledged Doctor. We enjoyed the city, although I must admit we didn't see a lot of it, and the air was beautiful there.
Year Two
We moved to a small little cottage-like house in Maine, it is absolutely gorgeous there. We moved because I got a better job offer at the hospital than the one in Phoenix.
Year Three
We moved again, this time to a rather large house, still in Maine, in a effort to accomodate the children Stephen and I are planning on having.
Year Four
Name - Emily Vienna Nerissa Brooks (10)
Hair - Brown, wavy
Eyes - Green
Emily was born eight weeks early, both of us are fine now, thank God, but we were worried about her lungs and everything being developed properly. Stephen and I keep close watch on our baby girl and she seems to be doing fine.
Year Five
Stephen, Emily and I went camping in Yosemite for two weeks this summer. It was a lot of fun. Emily really enjoys the water, always giggling when she's around it and trying to head towards it.
Year Six
We moved again, to another lavish house - still in Main. Emily is always trying to swim in the pseudo-moat thing we have out back and either Stephen or I are always careful to watch her. She gets into everything, that girl.
Year Seven
Name - Georgia Olivia Ursula Brooks (7)
Hair - Blonde, straight
Eyes - Blue
We had another baby this year, little Georgia joined us in the world - fortunately with no complications! Emily is very curious about her baby sister and always wants to help out, holding out diapers for me or her Father or sitting on the couch with her. It's really quite sweet.
Year Eight
Stephen found a stray dog hanging around his work and decided to bring it to the vet, after it had been around for weeks begging for food. The vet said that he was probably a German Shepherd and looked to be about ten months old. Well, Stephen couldn't let the poor thing go to a shelter so he told the vet that he would be taking Lucas home with him ASAP. A week later Lucas was fit to come home and, well, I knew nothing about him beforehand but the girls fell in love with him on sight and I didn't have the heart to tell Stephen or Lucas off.
Year Nine
Name - Nathanael Robin William Brooks 'Nate' (5)
Hair - Red, Straight
Eyes - Brown
Nate joined us this year! The girls were upset that they didn't get a sister but don't mind their brother so much now that he's been around a few weeks. Stephen is excited about having another boy in the house though, he says he can't wait for Nate to grow up and play Baseball with him.
Year Ten
We moved back to our old house in Phoenix so that I could be closer to my adopted sister Nathalie, who's having a rough go of it recently. The kids miss their old house a bit but were alright about moving.
Year Eleven
I got a pay raise already! My supervisor says that I'm a credit to their staff and am extremely capable.
Year Twelve
Name - Matthew Ramiro Celso Brooks 'Matt' (7)

Name - Jesse Vinicio Guiomar Brooks (7)
Hair - Black, wavy

Stephen and I adopt twins boys from Mexico last month. They had been in the orphanage since they were 18 months old and barely spoke to any of the other kids. They seem to be doing okay so far with their adoptive siblings, although they're having a bit of trouble learning English. We gave them the names Matthew and Jesse because they are a gift, in our opinion.
Year Thirteen
I was promoted to Head Surgeon recently and am so excited! I just hope I don't screw anything up.
Year Fourteen
Name - Lucille Calanthe Florence Brooks 'Lucy' (nb)
Hair - Red, wavy
Eyes - Amber
Lucy was an accident, albeit quite a happy one. And, well, she's spoiled rotten by her five siblings! They're pretty sure that Stephen and I aren't going to have any more children, considering the age gap between Nate and Lucy, and are always cooing at her and the like.
Year Fifteen
We took the kids to Rome, showing them the city and exploring. All in all, we had an excellent time! And saw more of the city than Stephen and I did on our own. ;)
