I really love all three names and perhaps we can add Henry in the name somewhere?
So the Family tree would be

The issue with Max's succession is that he would be quite far removed in blood because of his illegitimacy. King Benoit's son succeeded him and then Thibault succeeded him. Thibault's issue would be first in line, followed by his brother, Prosper. Next would like be their uncles and any nephews they have, etc.
So he probably COULD inherit in a major crisis, but there's a lot of people there. :)
I'm taking a history course on Tudor England at the moment so this is especially fun!
