Donovan, after coming out of the closet, quickly set to work in finding the love of his life. He dated. A lot. His parents worried that he wasn’t dating for the right reasons and were ready to write off his latest first date. When Donovan called home to tell his mom that he had found his future husband, however, Delia was taken aback. She was flustered but tickled by her son’s enthusiasm. He had come such a long way. When she asked for details about Vance, the young man Donovan said he was going out with, he fell silent before explaining that he hadn’t thought twice about Vance after running into a casual acquaintance during the date. Much to Vance’s irritation, Donovan invited Kip, who he had met at a park once before, to join them. Donovan and Kip quickly hit it off and after an unbearable ten minutes or so, Vance excused himself to use the restroom and did not return. Two years later, Donovan and Kip joined their families together as they joined hands and committed themselves to each other.
Just eight months after Donovan wed, Juno followed his lead. She found dating to be very hard with a daughter to care for but her parents were very helpful and her brother Sullivan introduced her to future husband, in a round about way. Sullivan had a few of his buddies over and invited Juno to come along. While she wasn’t interested in any of his friends, one of his friends had brought his younger brother. Juno and Quincy quickly hit it off. He was a star basketball player and already was a leading recruit for the NBA. Quincy’s school went on to win the national championship in his junior year and he used the celebration to drop to a knee and propose. He later explained that the day was already so amazing, there was just one way he could think to make it perfect: being engaged to the most amazing girl in the world. He and Juno were married shortly after he was signed to the Sacramento Kings. The new family packed up and moved to the California sun where they hope to give Lola a little brother or sister sometime soon.
