Rowan and Delia, though young, could not wait to start their family together. Unfortunately, Delia's doctor advised the couple not to try to conceive until her health improved. While at first disheartened, the young couple instead threw themselves into the process of adopting. They were happily surprised when, just six months after starting the adoption journey, a 16-year old named Sasha met with them. She was six months pregnant and ready to commit to a couple to raise her child. As soon as she met Rowan and Delia she knew she had found her baby's parents. So it happened that three months later the Roberts first got to hold their baby boy: Abrose Vaughn.
