2 years after Liisi became Thomas and Abigail's daughter, the couple decide to adopt again. Liisi really wanted a little sister to play with but Thomas and Abigail wanted a little boy. Then they came across 2 year old twins Rosa and Matias and knew they were meant to be part of their family. The twins's mother was a drug addict who lived on the streets so she was unable to offer them a safe environment, they were taken from her at birth. They have been waiting for adoption in a children's home ever since.
