Your adopteesJack Aidan and Leah Zoe are 9 year old fraternal twins from London, England. Both have Down Syndrome and have been up for adoption for the past four years. Their parents didn't want to care for them anymore after 5 years, and they do not have any contact with Jack and Leah. Jack has light brown hair and brown eyes, he enjoys animals, computers and drawing. Leah has dirty blond hair and blue eyes, she enjoys music, animals and dancing. Please update us on how Jack and Leah are doing!
