Giulietta, after many months, finally had moved on past Rachel's death enough to marry Owen. A few months after that, she and Owen announced they were going to have a baby! It was only a few days after that that Remus and Natasha, who had fallen in love as everyone thought they would, also announced their pregnancy. Remus and Guilietta had always been close, and when they both had daughters within days of one another, they decided that they would be as close as sisters. Juliana and Rachel were are both beautiful and darling children and adored by their parents, especially since neither Giulietta nor Natasha can have more children. Giulietta's pregnancy was so difficult that she had to have her womb removed afterwards. Natasha suffered an injury to her abdomen soon after Juliana's birth, and the doctors think that the chances of her getting pregnant are now slim to none. So Juliana and Rachel will both grow up beloved and cherished only children.
Matilda and Caderyn have both gotten engaged. The two are so close themselves that everyone thought it only natural that they fell in love with a pair of cousins raised as siblings. Aaron was adopted by Liesbeth's mother, his aunt, after his own mother died when he was ten. His father had died before he could remember him, which is something he had in common with Matilda. The four of them spend hours together, and are planning a double wedding in a few months.
The kingdom has been peaceful, but there was recently a terrible storm on the shores of the Southern Ocean that devastated several small fishing villages. Rose's response has been praised, as she immediately sent soldiers, volunteers, and money to help rebuild and relieve suffering. Refugees have still been pouring into the cities, which have welcomed them with open arms.
