Zekk and Edi had an even harder time choosing their second son's name. Both immediately liked Hart (as opposed to Asher, which they loved), and both thought the other would like Shane while being lukewarm on it themselves, and both kind of liked Jared. They settled on Jared as sounding better. They noticed other things they liked about using Hart Jared as well: both boys had a Biblical name and a non-Biblical name; both boys had a middle name that started with J; both boys had a one-syllable name and a two-syllable name. By the time Hart was a few months old they were in love with his name just like they were in love with him.
