1.) Does having a small background story help out or make the game more interesting in any way?
I do think having a small background helps by making the game more interesting.
2.) Do you like the game to continue with the families currently being used (multiple generations) or would you prefer to have it stop with one generation?
I think multiple generations are often a good thing, sometimes if its just one generation being used in a NTNB then the amount of children gets slightly overwhelming
3.) Are the rounds too big? Too small? Just right-ish?
I think the rounds could be benefit with being slightly larger, but overall the size is fine
4.) Are the questions asked to help you find a name too leading or too open? Or is it a good combination of question-types?
I've enjoyed the combination of question types, having links to where the name can come from definetly helps as well
