Since Erik and Amalia have both become very well-off, they decided to adopt a daughter! Clara Elena is from Lima, Peru. She has beautiful long dark brown/black hair, and rare green eyes. Her father was from the southern United States, and he raped her mother who was visiting. She became pregnant, but she couldn't take care of Clara, so she put her up for adoption. Since her name was so beautiful, Amalia and Erik couldn't think of any additional middle names that went with it.
Meanwhile, Adrien, Matthew, Charlotte, and Eva are enjoying kindergarten. Colin is in fourth grade, and Emily is in third. He has two best friends, Alec and Allison. (They are twins.) Emily also hangs out with Allison, but her best friend is a girl in her grade named Liora.
