Queen Cordelia gives birth to another daughter who she names Diamanta. Diamanta is born with light green eyes and curly black hair. She knows that these are some of her last children. She knows that she probably will only have a couple more children at most. Cordelia cherishes all the time she spends with each child knowing that they grow so quickly.
It won't be long before Victoria and Claudius are betrothed as well and some time soon in the future Raphael will be married. At least she will get to keep her sons close by. She will only get to keep her daughters close if they chose a life of celibacy. Or if their husbands choose to move here. They would certainly offer them land.
Raphael sees Princess Lucretia every so often. He is preparing to be the best king and husband that he can be.
Claudius is becoming a ladies man. He has been learning to play the lute. He is doing quite well and likes to play for young ladies. Lucretia and her family has come to visit many times, and Claudius is quite enamored with Princess Maxine. But he knows that out of any alliance between two kingdoms - since his brother is going to marry Lucretia - his alliance with Princess Maxine would not be very useful to either of their kingdoms. So he is still looking around, charming many young ladies with music, flowers, and chivalry.
Victoria herself has become more interested in young men. But she is too shy to show her affection and too lady like. When she spends time with men her age she treats them as friends, no other way. She mostly spends her free time riding.
Justine's favorite color is still pink but she now wears other colors. She began her schooling last year and is a very talented artisan and performer. She likes etiquette classes, and she enjoys sowing and knitting. She loves to socalize and has many friends. Hector is still her favorite. She acts as his protector. She likes to read him stories about knights and chivalry. She loves to play games with him and entertain him. Hector loves to hear knight stories, and play knight games. Justine carved him a little wooden sword that he likes to wear on his sash.
