Queen Cordelia gives birth to two beautiful babies. Princess Victoria and Prince Claudius are both very healthy but their births severely tire Cordelia out. She spends many days in bed. The people of Etherion rejoice for the virility and fertility of their monarchs and the strength and vitality of their kingdom. King Valentine rules naturally with a just and fair hand, and Queen Cordelia's wisdom and beauty bring their kingdom great renoun.
Victoria and Claudius both have blond hair and green eyes. Victoria's eyes are slightly blue, and her hair is more of a sandy blond. While Claudius' eyes have no blue - they are a true pale green - and his hair is pale blond.
Crown Prince Raphael is a very handsome boy, who has been progressing nicely. He is very mindful of his behavior in public and is very independant. He loves to run off, constantly interested in and curious about everything around him. He loves to explore the castle grounds, climb trees and look out from the highest tower. He loves to go to the astronomy tower with his parents and look up at the stars. He also loves to go to the Royal Aerie to see the falcons, hawks and eagles. He loves to pet them as his father trains them. He loves their expressive eyes and proud faces. They might be trained and have to adher to the rules but once they are in the air they can fly freely.
