Ewwww…lol The plague is spreading quickly and the people pleading for help. People are fleeing to the countryside while the noblemen are closing themselves up in their homesteads; no one entering but everyone is free to leave. The nobles wish to eradicate all the towns that have been infected. “Burn it to the ground! All of the men, women and children!” King Heinrich disregards these barbaric rants and excuses these nobles from council. Each section of the Kingdom that is reported to have symptoms or cases of this plague are being quarantined. Guards are placed around the city to prevent anyone from entering or leaving. Bodies are being burned in lieu of burial and as expensive as it is, efforts are being made to bring in as much fresh water and food for the living. People are encouraged to not dump their waste water into water sources and are asked to dig latrines away from said water sources. For now, this is all the King can do until the disease runs it’s course.
