Vicky's birth was way more painful than I thought it would be (but then again who can imagine child birth). We decided to have a natural birth along time before she was born. Little Vicky decided to make her entrance into the world 2 weeks before her dute date. Luckily both Jeff and I were home when I went into labor. That was at about 9 O'Clock. When we got to the hospital we decided to call my parents and his parents to tell them the baby would be here today. My mom and dad didn't pick up the phone (because they were on Vacation) and Jeff's parents picked up, but they live so far away that all we could do is call them every so often with updates. When little Vicky entered the world at 5:19pm on May 14th she weighted 5lbs 9oz and was 18 in long. We originally planned to name the baby Yasmine Victoria but at the last second we decided on Victoria Elizabeth. Elizabeth is after my sister Ellie and Victoria is after Jeff's grandmother Vittoria. When we first brought Vicky home she seemed very quiet and sleepy but now she seems like she's more of a curious little girl. We ended up not having a baby shower, but people did shower her with gifts!
