King: Robert Aurelian George Valdemar VII (28)
Queen: Dorothea Irene Victoria Violetta Philippa Anne (27)
Crown Prince: Lorenzo George Philippe Theodore “Enzo” (3)
Prince: Alexander Aurelian Nicholas Giancarlo "Xander" (0)
Royal House: Corvida
Kingdom: Westergate
Queen Dorothea seemed to have a much harder time with her second pregnancy than she did with Prince Enzo. She seemed, most of the time, to be losing weight rather than gaining it, and she was ill most mornings. Yet the queen was stubborn, and tried to continue attending to her duties and pushing herself. Finally, King Robert more or less ordered her to be on bedrest until the birth of the new baby.
The birth was very hard on the queen. The new prince, Xander, seemed to be healthy (if a bit on the small side), but the queen lost a lot of blood in the process and for a while it seemed as if she might not pull through. She wasn't about to go down without a fight, however, and she slowly regained her strength. The queen's physicians, however, are unsure if she'll ever be able to have more children. The queen and king are grateful that they were able to have two strong sons to inherit their kingdom, though the king is secretly a little saddened - he'd always wanted a daughter.
