You think: Victor is good - not my style, but strong and classic - Rex, however, just does nothing for me...

You think: The names are good, but don't seem to flow well...

You think: I wonder just what they were thinking when they decided on that name for a girl!

You think: Sweet name... a bit popular, but still a really good name!

You say: Wow, look at the length of those fingers... he's going to play piano just like his dad!
You think: Not a fan of Ethan, but there is nothing wrong with it... August is sort of growing on me...

You say: Wow, she's got big brown eyes!
You think: Why did they do that to a child? It could be worse, but still...
Overall - I wouldn't comment to the parents about the name unless they are asking or the comment is positive... I might ask how they chose the name in conversation... but I would keep my opinions to myself!
