HelpIndia's Vampire Writing Congrats! Sign Ups!
Hey, guys! I've been bored lately, so have decided to start up a Writing Congrats game...with a twist ;) Instead of being humans, you're all becoming vampires for this game!
RULES
- I will be using the Twilight vampire "rules", as they are best known ATM. Hence, you're not vulnerable to sunlight, you're immortal, human-vampire breeding is possible...etc.
- If you miss three consecutive rounds without telling me, I'll have to drop you.
- You MUST write something every round. It's a Writing congrats! (It doesn't have to be very much, though, if you don't want it to be!)
- A la Twilight, two vampires can't have babies. Hence, all of your "children" will be welcomed into the family by being created as vampires, unless there are humans involved.
- You can use as many MNs as you like.
- I don't mind if you want to use name-sex couples.
- I will give you naming rules each round...but sign ups are rule free (=

Writing For This Round: Serafina and Kieran met rather recently while hunting for in Eastern Washington. They were both after the same herd of deer when Kieran spotted Sera running ahead of him. She was upwind, so she never detected him. Right as she was about to jump on a lone deer, Kieran jumped her. One look at her was all he needed to fall in love with her immediately, Sera was a little hesitant at first, but it took little time for her to return his feelings. Serafina was turned in 1920 when she was 19 years old and living in New York City. Kieran was turned in 1905, also in New York City when he was 21. Both have spent most of their time traveling around avoiding staying anywhere too long. Kieran and Serafina both have special abilities, much like the vampires in Twilight. Serafina has the power of telekinesis and can move things with her mind and Kieran has the ability to see the future. They currently reside in an apartment in Spokane, Washington.

She and her parents were going to a play one afternoon when she was separated from her parents and attacked by a vampire. She turned at age 18. I got carried away :).
Annika, originally from Sweden, was turned into a vampire at the age of 21. She was traveling through Europe when she met Seamus. Seamus was a 22 year old vampire from Ireland. This was back in 1901. Seamus had a huge crush on Annika, but Annika became quickly annoyed of him so she left Europe to get away from him. So she moved to New Orleans. This was where she fell in love with Jack O'Neil. Jack was a young sailor who had recently immigrated. But WWI was imminent and in 1917, Jack went back to Europe to fight in the war. Two years later when the war was long over, Annika still had not heard of Jack. She went on to find Jack in Europe. Annika found Jack in England. But Jack had moved on... She found out Jack was engaged to a girl named Olivia, a nurse he met when he was injured during the war. Annika saddened by this turn of events, decided to get as far as she could from Jack. She then found herself in the jungles of Brazil. Little did she know that she would run into Seamus. Annika was great at running away, but apparently not from Seamus. Seamus had been following her since she left him in Europe, 20 years before. Annika couldn't believe it, how could he have known where she was for 20 years! Seamus professed his love for her but Annika didn't want to hear it. For the next 40 years, Annika traveled. She made sure that he couldn't follow her and never left anything that could be traced back to her. She went to Australia, China, Japan, Russia, Europe, Canada, Alaska, anywhere she felt like.
In 1978, finally tired of chasing after Annika, Seamus moved into a small home in British Columbia, overlooking the ocean. On a warm sunny day, Seamus took a trip to town. Arriving into town he saw a familiar face. Almost too familiar, he thought. She was more beautiful then he remembered her. He hid so that she wouldn't see him because he didn't want to seem like he was still chasing her. He went back to town every day, just to see her. He had missed her and he wondered if she had missed him. She would sit at the cafe and stare at the ocean, every day. It took years before he would have the courage to talk to her again. Seamus was so scared of rejection. Till one day in 1997, he finally spoke to her.

No one knows history as well as those who lived it, and Vestinus has lived through most of the known history of man. It is impossible to know exactly when he was born, but Vestinus knows it was at some point during the Second Samnite War, sometime in the 320s and 330s BC in the city that came to be known as Genua and now spelled as Genoa. Vestinus was born into a common family and turned as a young adult who was nearly dead after an attack on the city, his wife and children being dead long before the coven of vampires crossed the house's path. Vestinus abandoned those that turned him and travelled by foot along the silk road and collected knowledge. For over a thousand years, Vestinus travelled and learned, never staying in a single place for over a month. Along the way, he made his meals on weary travelers who had no connection to any wife or friend. When not being able to find humans to feed on, Vestinus learned to hunt animals, at times even denounced to live on rats.
In 1479, Vestinus came to Colchester in the kingdom of England. Here, he crossed paths with a beautiful young woman from a prosperous family. Nesta Basilea Isolde Hudnall was only aged 20 when Vestinus turned her. Vestinus found her and needed her. On the brink of feeding her completely, he changed her and promised her the world. With an overly resilient attribute, Nesta found herself brought along on Vestinus' adventures.
It was only a few hundred years later when she declared she wanted a home, having watched the new world develop and found herself needing the constant and comfort of a home. Vestinus found himself agreeing to her and the two made their way to a new home in California. As much as they loved it, the two needed to move every few dozen years, not being able to stay long in places without others growing suspicious. Every time the two moved, it hurt Nesta more and more. Rounding the new 19th century, Vestinus and Nesta found their way to a small town along the ocean in British Columbia in Canada.
For the last hundred and some years, the two have found their home in a small domestic setting. The people stopped questioning and Vestinus and Nesta came to be a part of the community as any other person.
