But with so man men returning from overseas, a job is hard to come by nowadays. So far Anthony has found work in a factory, but even that is barely enough to make ends meet.Michael is still working the clinic and hopes to save enough money to be able to go to medical school soon. He is engaged to his childhood sweetheart Nora Tenney; the two plan to get married and start a family within the next year.William immediately enlisted in the army upon turning 17, but he was still only in training when the armistice was signed in November. Dejected, he returned home to Boston.
