For the first two years not much happen but than the Pierces welcomed boy-girl twins who were named Anthony Stanley and Beatrice Annie. James and Mary had planned to have one more child but than something horrible happened. In 1913 Raymond Richard got very sick and after a month of suffering he passed away. The whole family was devastated, especially Mary and Robert. The family still misses him even to this day.
