Floyd Mitchell is a 15 year old boy. Recently, his girlfriend gave birth to a daughter, Ginger Rae, and then gave Floyd the baby as she broke up with him, saying she didn’t want to take care of it. Floyd likes designing and building models of buildings, and of course, playing with his little girl.
Kyle Sterling and Kelly Ashton are 13 year old twin boys. Their parents died recently in a car accident and both of them are taking it very badly and have been acting out. Kyle is more withdrawn, however. Kelly likes biking and football, Kyle likes playing piano and baseball. They both like board games, but neither will admit it (board games are too childish to them).
Niamh Mackenzie is an 11 year old girl. She’s been taking care of her mother, who had cancer, for several months, causing her to miss a lot of school. CPS checked on the situation, and removed her from the home. Her mother passed away not long after that and Niamh thinks it’s her fault. She likes to cook and yoga.
Jennifer Bree “Jenny” is 9 years old, and her little brother, Jagger Zayne, is 3. They were removed from their home about a year ago due to neglect. Jenny likes puzzles, coloring, and soccer. Jagger likes playing soccer with his big sister and building blocks.
Matteo Alexandre is 6 years old. He was living with his grandmother and then she passed away and he has no other family to live with. He is very sensitive and shy; he doesn’t talk very much. He likes baseball and toy cars.
Zaniya Maren is a new born baby girl. She was left at a police station at 2 days old.
