I'm taking Michael Christopher because it's boring, and Ella Lauren because 1. Ella is so popular these days, and 2. the flow is bad IMHO. That leaves:

* Katherine Paige
* Mia Nicole
* Savannah Grace

I'm taking Joshua Daniel because I like Dylan better and would shorten Jacob William to Liam. I'm taking Katherine Paige because it is way too common for my taste.

I'm taking Jacob William because Jacob has always been a name I didn't like. I'm taking Mia Nicole because Mia is too bland and nicknamey for my tastes as a complete first name.

That leaves:

Dylan Joseph and Julia Paige as winners.
