DS/DD: Asher Joshua and Miriam Rosalie "Mira" (19)
DD/DS: Rachel Lillian and Joel Alexander (17)
DS: Ezra Reuben (14)
DS: Moses Ephraim "Mosi" (12)decided I would write a little story this round...In the twelve years since Mosi was born, things have begun to change for the Rosenfield family. After having eight children in a ten year span, Avi and Shiloh were not able to have any more children--besides, they were too busy raising the active ones they had. Malachi and Elijah have always done things together. Both boys are playing professional ice hockey for the same team! They started getting into hockey when they were seven, and when it became apparent three years later that it wasn't just a passing phase, Avi gave in and allowed the boys to play on a local coed team. After that, the boys quickly moved up the ranks, each inspiring the other to play better. By the time they were seventeen, Malachi and Elijah were ranked #7 and #8 in the NHL's pro scouting report. They were drafted the next year--by the same team. Malachi went 3rd overall to the Tampa Bay Lightning and Elijah went #12 to the same team. The boys packed up and moved to Florida. It was only last year when both started playing professionally, but they played for lower league pro teams until then. On a trip to Japan for an exhibition game--the US youth team vs. the Japanese youth team, Elijah met his future wife, Kaori Rurikoyama. Both Elijah and Kaori were eighteen at the time, but they kept in touch via email for two years. Then, Malachi met the girl of his dreams while at the grocery store--of all places! Her name was Isabella Crovan and she was attending a nearby university. Immediately they began seriously dating and Malachi encouraged Elijah to go and visit Kaori. Elijah consented and Kaori was overjoyed to see him! The two of them also started dating and, while in Japan, Elijah convinced Kaori to come to the United States and marry him. Malachi too was inching towards marriage in his relationship with Isabella. Finally, in late June last year, Malachi and Isabella and Elijah and Kaori were married in the same ceremony. Asher and Mira are now nineteen. Asher and Joel started up a band with a few friends and were surprised at the instant success that they had--with Asher singing, and Joel providing the keyboarding they were pretty much unstoppable. Mira, always thoughtful, was a source of inspiration for Asher and Joel's band and she has written or at least cowritten all of their songs. She travels around with Asher and Joel when the band is on tour and acts as sort of a second mother in the way that Shiloh is not able to. Rachel is also often in the limelight these days, but not in the athletic sense like her older brothers or in the musical sense like her older brother, sister, and twin. Rachel is a young actress. She's always liked to put on plays and was chosen by Disney for an original series of theirs about family. Rachel loves the role she plays, as the 17 year old older sister to twelve siblings. Rachel has plans to go to college, but hopes to continue acting while she's doing it. Ezra, unlike his older siblings, isn't much for being the center of attention. He likes to go off on his own and write or play his guitar or sometimes just think. Ezra is a thinker. He also does a lot of behind-the-scenes things that help life run smoothly for the rest of the family. He is very thoughtful, but hates receiving accolades for his accomplishments. Mosi is more like his older siblings--except he isn't sure which one. Mosi tried ice hockey and hated it, tried learning to sing and play the guitar, but it didn't work, and he even tried acting (was given a guest role on one of Rachel's shows) but was no good at that either. Mosi is still looking for the right place for himself in life--he wants to try karate and perhaps doing something with animals.

The storyI actually really enjoy reading your stories. I just don't put writing prompts up anymore because very few people are actually using them. :]

Yeah. I know I didn't write last round because I didn't have time, but I kinda like this family, so writing about them isn't too hard.
