The Gray family is having a difficult time compromising on names for their twins. Elysia grew up with an uncommon name - she always had to spell it out and correct pronunciations. Mike, on the other hand, was given the most popular name of his birth year, and was always known as "Mike G." While Elysia wants to give her children common, easy to spell and pronounce names, Mike would love to give his children rarer names, like Elysia's. Help them compromise!

Madeleine likes shorter, slightly nickname-y names, such as Noah, Johnny, Charlie, and Eddie. Josh doesn't care much for either of Julia's siblings' choices. He wants his son to be named after a famous baseball or football player. Julia is open to all these ideas, and she wants her son's MN to have a meaning related to hope or love. George and Linda are open to most names, but want to make sure their grandson won't have a name that's too trendy.

There was a recent tragedy in the Hayden family. Oliver's oldest sister, Margaret Sara "Maggie", recently died of cancer. The Haydens want to honor Maggie. They're open to using other names to honor her other than just Margaret. Susanna loves the NN Maggie, and wants to use it if possible. For the other twin, the Haydens have decided to honor Susanna's mother, Estelle Pearl.
