Maggie is 3 years old now, and she loves to run away every chance she gets. Ruben and Alastair have already spent some very scared hours when she had run off again and they couldn't find her. So far she's turned up in the most unlikely places, but most often she's in the garden of the neighbours. They have a cat and she usually goes looking for it, because she likes it so much. But she also hides herself inside the house and is really amused that her dads are looking for her.
Here is Maggie in the garden of the neighbours, trying to look innocent:
Ruben is now almost done with his studies (he's doing his last semester now), and they decided to expand their little family. Pretty much right after Maggie came into their lives they applied for adoption, and now, three years later, the agency had found them a little boy to come and live with them. He's Dutch, and his mother had died (she was a single mom), when she was hit by a car on her way to the grocery store. He was originally named Lars Anton, but both Ruben and Alastair really disliked that name and renamed him, but they kept his initials. They decided on Lincoln Atticus (Lincoln is Alastair's father's MN and they just liked Atticus). Maggie provided the NN, because she had trouble saying his full name. And following Maggie's example, they all call him Linc now.
Linc is a really easy baby, who's usually okay with anything. He doens't mind travelling or being held by different people and he adores his sister. Here is a picture of little Linc, with his typical facial expression:
