Number: (1-40) 30 (not sure I'm quite ready for my oldest to get married. maybe for the next round.)
Araceli's best friend Meg who she's known since kindergarten just recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. Araceli spent a lot of time with Meg and also caring for her two daughters when she was in the hospital. Meg had been a single mother since her husband died and her family is very messed up. When Meg knew she was dying she asked that Araceli would care for her girls. Gwill and Araceli are in the process of officially adopting them and helping the girls work through their mother's death.
Sarah Ruth, age 9 is protective of her little sister and was used to helping her mother with household chores and cooking sometimes. She has wisdom beyond her years but longs to be a little girl and just do kid stuff. She enjoys helping with Tristan and Gareth and really looks up to Araceli. Here she is at the beach the other day:
Anna Maggie, age 6 has a sweet shy personality. She likes to have fun and learn new things. She clung to Sarah Ruth when her mom died but since being in her new home she has grown confident and bolder. She and Daniel have really bonded and they like playing baseball and tag with Gwill.
Daniel, age 4 is all boy! He likes sports and dirt and playing with his friends. Here he is getting into mischief with his friend Joseph.
Tristan & Gareth, age 2 are now a holy terror! The are a handful always getting into things and terrorizing the cat Sammy. They liked to follow their big brother around, but now are following Sarah Ruth around a lot. Here they are with Araceli's mom when she came for a visit the other day:
